Suffolk Game Developer Meetup

Come and join in on some game developing fun! A free coworking space for the day, allowing developers to work on their own projects surrounded by other game developers!

Please make sure to sign in at the main college building on the day before heading over to the tech campus.

Come along and share what you’ve been working on, whether it’s a game, art, design, writing, audio, tech, or anything in between. This is a relaxed space to showcase your projects, exchange ideas, and give or receive feedback. All experience levels and backgrounds are welcome.

You don’t need to bring something to present, but if you do give feedback, we ask that it’s constructive and supportive.

We’re kindly hosted by WSC at their University and Professional Development Centre XR Lab, which features a wall of TVs for anyone who wants to show their work. Pizza and refreshments will be provided!

We'll start with some informal networking at 7pm at the University of Suffolk. Feel free to bring your games along if you'd like to showcase them to people at the event before the talk.

At 8pm we'll then have a game dev talk in the lecture theatre.

After the event ends at 9pm we'll head to Isaacs on the Quay for drinks.

We welcome all abilities and levels of experience and people from outside Suffolk are very welcome too!
