We're excited to see you all there ๐Ÿ˜Š. During this session, we will focus on fundamental calisthenics exercises and basic hand balancing. Whether you're looking to kickstart your fitness journey, lose weight, improve your strength, or enhance your overall health, this workout is perfect for you!

  • 13:00 - 14:00 (Adult class)
  • 14:00 - 15:00 (Teen class)
