Through gentle, slow and nourishing feminine practice. We will be tending to our bodies, wombs , our hearts and our connection to each other.
The key part of this workshop is ~timing~ ~presence~ and ~breath ~
You move at your pace.

There is no rush. No have to.

But a space to feel and to bloom back to you.

To release the stress, hussling or the to-do lists.

To come back to your inner knowing and embodied, creative intelligence.
To the infinite well of peace and love already inside of you.

Our location is the magical Knockrose, a sacred healing space in South Dublin. It's a true Sanctuary for the Heart & Soul. Surrounded by lush forest, nestled in a beautiful garden. You will leave transformed in the best way possible.

I spent years in numbness, depression, disaccosiation or just floating by. Now i am passionate about the Architecture of our Aliveness & the restoration of connection back to our bodies. Our body is a temple space ~ When we give her space to unravel. She blooms with reverence and love. Self-care is not over the top - it's a necessity for a thriving life. And to honour the messages we receive , to truly step into the manifestation of our dreams. That is your birthright.
