It is safe to say that intellectualism has vanished in the public political sphere and we are in need of clever and innovative people to pick up the mantle. The politicians want to cede control to the random, fruitless mechanisms of unfettered capitalism which could frightfully end up in socialist dogma divorced from the cultural entity.
