It’s a small, family-style Argentine asado hosted in collaboration with a local asador in Zona Norte.
The idea is simple:
good food, good wine, and meaningful conversation — with a mix of locals and foreigners around the same table.
We sit together, eat slowly, talk, and let the evening unfold.
