This workout is designed to give you a real experience of how I train—focused on preparing your body like an athlete while keeping things fun and challenging.
Expect a mix of bootcamp-style training and obstacle course elements that will get your heart rate up, improve your movement, and push you in a supportive environment.
Be sure to bring a mat and water.

Coach Clarke is a former Division 1 Track & Field athlete with a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from Temple University and has been helping clients transform their health since 2021.
