Looking for a contemporary and spiritual study/discussion group for men

Well this is it! Since 2014 the "IronWorks Men’s Study Group” has been gathering men together to discuss cutting-edge spiritual issues with real, relevant, and fun discussion. Our Spring 2025 Season -"Philippians: Relentless Joy!" - kicks off Monday, March 24, 2025, followed by meetings on the 1st & 3rd Monday nights of April & May (our Fall season runs August - February). So bring your spiritual "A-game" for this "full-contact" group study and discussion experience (no "2-hand-touch" here) and get ready for good times together.

This event is designed for men seeking to deepen their understanding of spirituality and connect with like-minded individuals who are on a similar journey. We will explore topics such as work and spirituality, the importance of men supporting men, and ways to incorporate spiritual practices into our daily lives.

OUR "PLAYBOOK": For Spring 2025 we will go directly back to the Bible: Philippians: Relentless Joy! (New Testament of the Bible). Philippians is often known as the “Epistle of Joy” because of Paul’s attitude in prison. Rejoicing in every circumstance and finding joy amidst trials is a major theme. Paul has every reason to be discontent and upset by the world’s standards as he’s in prison for preaching the Gospel. Despite his circumstances, he still exudes joy and thankfulness! Paul writes to those in Philippi encouraging church unity, doctrinal purity, and spiritual maturity. It’s difficult for us to grasp how faithful he was to the Lord through this as most of us haven’t experienced this kind of persecution first hand. When Paul says in Philippians 3:8, “I count everything as loss because of the surpassing worth of knowing Christ Jesus my Lord,” he meant every word. Can we say the same? (wanderingwilde.com)
