Black River Canal Trail Bike Ride

Come join me on Saturday May 23rd as I take on a new trail to me that I hear is well worth exploring. The plan is to meet at Erwin Park in Booneville near the covered bridge at 10:00 am. From here we will bike along the towpath trail to Forestport and return and return along the same path back to Booneville. The total distance is just less than 20 miles. The trail is hard pack dirt and stone dust so a hybrid, gravel or mountain bike is recommended. Plan to bring a lunch and water as we will most likely stop and eat along the way. Interested participants must contact me to directly to register and to hear about possible weather related delays and cancelations. This trip looks to be fantastic.
