Join us on Thursday, February 1st where we invite David Tilney to cover the new Colorado Landlord/Tenant laws.
Over the last couple of years there have been a myriad of landlord/tenant laws which have impacted landlords' ability to provide good long-term housing for tenants. Colorado enacted 10 new landlord/tenant laws last year alone.
David will talk about his efforts to walk between the legal raindrops without getting wet, by navigating these laws while providing quality housing for his tenants.
You will find it beneficial to be at this meeting if you are a Colorado landlord (or a landlord in another state, since these laws are quickly sweeping through the country).
P.S. David usually provides a free handout/resource at the meeting that you will not want to miss!
