About Kim:
Kim Hubbard has been specializing in making fix-and-flip and construction loans to real estate investors since 1993. She has been the Sales Manager and loan originator with Merchants Mortgage for 23 years. Kim has been involved in originating over 7,000 loans in her lengthy career. Additionally, she has completed fix-and-flips and rental properties herself in Denver and Phoenix. Kim’s favorite parts of the job are getting to work with flippers on a repeat basis by building long-term relationships with her clients and seeing the major transformations of properties.
