Join us on September 5th for our monthly virtual IRROC meeting where IRROC's president Brad Podhajsky will be conducting a special interview with long-time successful real estate investor Dan Fox.

Brad and Dan will talk about the many things that Dan has learned about the real estate business in the past 12 years including that you always need to expect change and to not sweat the small stuff, because in the end it is all small stuff.

About Dan:
Dan Fox was born into real estate. At the age of 15 he started to work for his dad’s property management company. In 2003 he worked in the mortgage business as a loan officer and in 2011 he started doing fix and flips full time. Dan has done over 150 flips in the last 12 years and has also bought and sold many fix and holds.

The IRROC monthly meetings are facilitated by Brad Podhajsky. Brad is the President of Investor's Realty Resource of Colorado (IRROC), one of the largest and fastest growing real estate investment clubs in the Rocky Mountain Region. Brad is well known for his creative deal structuring and out of the box thinking!
