Interested in some casual, over-the-board chess? Whether you’re learning the game or looking for a challenge, come join us!

We’ll have chess boards available, but feel free to bring your own if you prefer.

Games usually range from relaxed, untimed matches to faster timed ones, and we occasionally mix things up with variants like Bughouse or 4-player chess.

The host plays around the 2100 level, and players of all skill levels are welcome. We typically get a mix of beginners, club players, and stronger competitors, so there are usually good games for everyone.
