Inner Alchemy is a journey devoted to the restoration of love as a felt, embodied experience. This offering weaves together live sound, somatic awareness, ceremonial cacao, and channeled spiritual insight to support deep regulation, remembrance, and inner coherence.

The work unfolds slowly, guided by subtle energetic transmissions and attentive presence. Sound moves through the body’s fluid and connective tissues, while awareness creates a field where old patterns can soften and reorganize. What emerges is a natural return to center—where the body remembers safety, connection, and wholeness. Awareness is medicine when it reaches the fascia, the heart, and the places that learned to cope.

Your Facilitators:

Andonia Ftenakis is a multidisciplinary healing arts practitioner, artist, and teacher whose work bridges sound, somatic awareness, ancestral wisdom, and the body’s innate intelligence. She will guide the sacred cacao ceremony and offer sound and vibrational healing to work with those who are navigating moments of transition, helping them soften, untangle, and return to the center of themselves — where clarity, resilience, and becoming emerge.

Isabel Martin-Ventura is a spiritual coach known for her capacity to attune to subtle states of awareness and translate insight through a steady, embodied presence. As part of the journey, Isabel offers gentle guidance and guided meditation to support intention-setting, as well as group and personal channeled insight, offering messages of transformation that ripple through the shared circle, turning personal revelation into collective resonance.

The Alchemy of Sound
Through instruments such as Tibetan singing bowls, crystal alchemy bowls, gongs, and chimes, a resonant environment is created that interacts directly with your fascia and nervous system. Sound is held as a living field—responsive to the moment and the people within it. As vibration moves through the body, long-held patterns related to unmet needs and self-worth begin to release, allowing the system to reorganize with greater ease.

Cacao as Sacred Ally
The ancient plant medicine of cacao acts as a heart-opening ally, supporting clarity and emotional receptivity. Prepared with care and intention, cacao invites us inward. With each sip, the heart softens, and the body becomes more receptive to sound and insight. Cacao does not force an experience; it amplifies what is already alive, supporting authenticity and inner listening.

• What to Bring: All materials are provided. You may bring water or any personal items for your comfort.
• Nourishment: It is recommended to eat lightly on the day of the ceremony. Please avoid alcohol and caffeine for several hours prior.
• Cacao Sourcing: We use 100% ceremonial-grade heirloom Arriba Nacional cacao, ethically sourced from Manabí, Ecuador.
• Health Note: Cacao is a natural stimulant. If you have heart conditions, are taking SSRIs, or are pregnant, please consult your provider or let us know.
