Experience a day in Sadhguru Gurukulam Samskriti through a curated program that includes Indian classical song, powerful chants, and Bharatanatyam dance or Kalaripayattu, along with a glimpse of Ayurveda.

Basics of Kalaripayattu - Indian Classical Martial Arts

Mother of all martial arts, Kalaripayattu is said to be the basis for other South Asian arts of combat. It is well known for establishing robust physical and mental health. Kalari is not just about flexibility and strength, but about gaining mastery over the body and mind. Learn basic techniques in Kalaripayattu that improve stability and flexibility in the legs, back and core.

Bharatanatyam - Indian Classical Dance
Learn basic dance postures and movements as part of a choreographed dance. Interlaced with melody and rhythm, this art form is a unique way of expressing oneself through movement. Practicing Bharatanatyam brings a sense of awareness of one's body, mind and emotions, helping improve balance and stability.

Music
Immerse yourself in the soulful journey of music by learning the fundamentals of singing. Explore the foundational elements of shruthi (pitch), raagam (melody), and thalam (rhythm) while practicing basic vocal exercises to refine your voice.

Chant
Discover the ancient science of mantra and unlock the transformative potential of chants through focus on pronunciation. Benefit from post-program support and individual guidance to deepen your connection with the mantras and sustain your practice.
