  • Simple Neck Practices that can be done at any time to increase alertness and memory and decrease lethargy.
  • Yoga Namaskar, a complete yogic process which activates the lumbar region and strengthens the muscles along the spine, regenerating and protecting the spine as one ages.
  • Meditation for Success, a support to materialize on what you want to manifest in your life.
