Inner Engineering Total at Farmington Hills, MI

Inner Engineering Total is a 4-day, in-person program which combines the tools from Inner Engineering Online and the Shambhavi Mahamudra Kriya from Inner Engineering Completion course. This format contains powerful meditative processes and practice support through personalized corrections. This program is offered through an Isha Yoga instructor trained by Sadhguru. No prerequisite or physical agility required. Fresh, wholesome vegetarian meals are served on Saturday and Sunday.

Additionally, the first hour of program is a free introductory talk open to the public.
