Yoga for Beginners can help relieve chronic ailments, back pain, anxiety and tension.

The session offers powerful tools for well being:

  • Yoga Namaskar: a complete yogic process which activates the lumbar region and strengthens the muscles along the spine, regenerating and protecting the spine as one ages.
  • Nadi Shuddhi: a yogic practice that cleanses the nadis – the pathways through which pranic energy flows – resulting in a balanced system and psychological well-being.
  • Neck practices: simple practices to activate the neck and shoulder region.
  • More yogic practices that you can learn and do at home.
