Designed by Sadhguru, a yogi, mystic, and visionary. In this 1 hour session, you will learn Isha Kriya, a simple 12-18 minute practice, to help you to become meditative effortlessly.
Attain health, clarity and joy! Isha Kriya does not require previous experience with meditation and can be done sitting in a chair.
This session will be conducted by a trained instructor, after which ongoing online support will be available. No physical agility or prior yoga experience is needed.
