Ages: Free and Open to 18+
(Ages 7+ can be accompanied by a parent/guardian)
Designed by Sadhguru, a yogi, mystic, and visionary. In this session, you will learn simple but powerful yoga postures to balance and stabilize your system.
- Help relieve chronic ailments, back pain, stress, anxiety, and tension.
- Strengthens the spine.
- Takes only 5-10 minutes to practice.
This session will be conducted by a trained instructor, after which ongoing online support will be available. No physical agility or prior yoga experience is needed.

Arrive with an empty/light stomach condition (approx. 1.5 hours after a light meal).
