The Art of Ascension — online informational session

Ascension effortlessly and rapidly dissolves stress from the nervous system. We do not have to live our lives defined by our past patterns or future worries. Ascension is an ancient doorway designed to help us rise above our old behavior patterns and self-limiting internal programs.
Meet ONLINE with two teachers of Ascension to:

• hear more about the Ascension practice
• ask your questions
• see how you can learn to Ascend
• bring the First Sphere course to your area
• browse resources and books

This event is in English, but German language support is available as needed. Please come online 5 minutes before start time so that we may all begin together.

To help you join us smoothly, here are a few friendly tips:
1. Platform: We'll be meeting on Microsoft Teams, and you can join from your computer or mobile device.
2. Joining on a Computer:
If you’d rather not download Microsoft Teams on your computer, you can join right from your web browser. Just make sure you're using Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge. Simply copy and paste the meeting link into one of these supported browsers.
If you want to join on a computer with the Meeting ID, just make sure you're using Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge. Then go to https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-teams/join-a-meeting
And then type in the Meeting ID and Passcode.

3. Joining on a Mobile Device:
We recommend downloading the Microsoft Teams app beforehand. Signing in to a Microsoft account is not necessary.
Select “ Join meeting with an ID” and enter the Meeting ID and Passcode

If you want to join by the Meeting link, we suggest that you run a test before the meeting by clicking the Meeting link to see if the Teams app opens automatically. If it doesn’t work, please change your default browser to Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge, or simply enter the Meeting ID and Passcode instead.
4. Preparation: Please join us 5 minutes early to check your audio and video setup.
