In this session you will learn simple but powerful yoga postures to balance and stabilize your system.
- Helps relieve chronic ailments, back pain, stress, anxiety & tension.
- Strengthens the spine
- Takes only 5-10 minutes to practice
This session will be conducted by a trained instructor, after which ongoing online support will be available. No physical agility or prior yoga experience needed.
Duration: 90 minutes.
Open to all ages 7**+** ( those 7-17 to be accompanied by a guardian)
Please bring a yoga mat and a towel.
Arrive on an empty/light stomach condition (approx 1.5 hrs after a light meal)
