This session you offers simple yet powerful practives to improve your mental health and to bring you clarity, joy and wellbeing.
- Promotes a balanced system and psychological well-being
- Helps decrease stress and anxiety
- Enhances mental clarity
This session will be conducted by a trained instructor, after which ongoing online support will be available.
Duration: 60 minutes.
Open to all ages 12+ ( 12 + to be accompanied by a guardian)
Arrive on an empty/light stomach condition (approx 1.5 hrs after a light meal)
