Speaker Bio: Segah Meer was an early employee on Customer Success (CS) team at Looker Data Sciences (an enterprise-focused SaaS company), which raised close to $200million from the likes of Kleiner Perkins, Google, and Goldman Sachs. And he has seen his CS team grow from 2 people to 150, as the company itself grew from 40 to 500. He is visiting Israel from Seattle, where he today runs a Professional Services organization.
