israel.rb meetup #4: first in person meetup!

Israel.rb is joining with 20+ meetups from across Europe, the Middle East and Africa to create EMEA on Rails! With 11 speakers spread across the region, party games, sponsored prizes, food and drinks, it's going to be an incredible time.
