We're super excited for our first meetup in Kfar Saba! We'll be hosting 2 amazing speakers: Uri Nativ, Co-Founder and CPO @ Torii, and Ben Armon, VP Product @ Zoominfo.

Uri Nativ - One and Done, How to achieve more by doing less
Uri will share how leverage mental and product focus to be more effective and be able to achieve more with doing "less". Uri is the co-founder of Torii, and will share how they use the "Achieve more by doing less" paradigm to drive product growth on a daily basis.

Ben Armon - From Sales-First to Sales-Plus: Incorporating PLG for growth
We'll dive into Zoominfo's unique journey of layering Product-Led Growth (PLG) atop its world-renowned sales-led motion. As global economic landscapes shifted, Zoominfo, a billion-dollar entity, sought to enhance efficiency, channel sales where most impactful, and empower users to self-serve and recognize product value autonomously. Unlike the conventional trajectory of startups adopting sales as they scale post-PLG, Zoominfo reversed the playbook. Attendees will gain insights into the challenges faced, including organizational education, securing buy-in, recalibrating metric perspectives, and the patience required during experimental phases—all to ensure a seamless customer experience across all business sizes, from startups to enterprises.
