In the last few months, UX researchers at Uniq UI held an independent research on 9 of Israel leading eCommerce websites. They focused on 3 business verticals: tourism, fashion and online supermarkets. The research included dozens of "undercover shoppers", many of which were recorded with eye tracking equipment. In his talk, Barak will share some of the research conclusions and a few practical recommendations which could improve UX and KPI's dramatically.
