This talk demonstrates how to solve this by grounding the Twelve-Factor Agentic SDLC in the principles of Spec-Driven Development (SDD). Lior will introduce the agentic-sdlc-spec-kit, an open-source toolkit that makes this practical.

As AI agents become part of everyday development, platform teams are rethinking how to provide the structure, context, and guardrails that enable humans and AI to work together effectively.
This session explores what an Agentic Engineering Platform looks like in practice - how it connects tools, data, and workflows into a cohesive system that supports safe, contextual collaboration across the SDLC. Drawing from real-world implementations, it highlights the emerging principles of agentic engineering: context as the foundation, guardrails as governance, and human–AI interaction as the new developer experience.
