Dror Cohen is the solo developer behind Power Inc, a bootstrapped incremental game that has been a running business for years. In this talk, Dror shares how he turns a one-person studio into an automated machine — offloading the grunt work to agents, and unlocking capabilities once reserved for well-funded studios, now running at a fraction of the cost.
