As part of the "How to attract rails newcomers" initiative that began two meetups ago. This 50 minute presentation will demonstrate how to use the RailsApps Project (http://railsapps.github.com/) to quickly create a new "Job Board" rails application from scratch while implementing/configuring some of the more popular and powerful Gems used by advanced rails users and why.
