Turkish & English Language Exchange | Speak, Learn & Connect

TURKISH–ENGLISH LANGUAGE EXCHANGE ISTANBUL

More Than a Language Exchange – A Structured Learning Experience!

Are you living in Istanbul and looking for an effective way to improve your English or Turkish?

Our community brings together Turkish speakers who want to improve their English and international participants who want to develop their Turkish.

Our weekend events are more than ordinary social meetups. Each two-hour session is carefully planned and structured to help you make the most of your time and improve your language skills through practical activities.

WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT?

2 Hours of Structured Language Practice

• Question Cards: Guided questions to encourage meaningful conversations and speaking practice.
• Vocabulary Cards: Word-based activities to expand your vocabulary and learn how to use new words in context.
• Prepared Materials: Specially designed reading, speaking and conversation materials.
• Partner & Table Rotations: Change partners and tables throughout the event to meet different people and practise with a variety of participants.
• Take-Home Worksheets: Receive topic-based worksheets at the end of the session to review, reinforce and test what you have learned.

OUR APPROACH

We believe that learning a language should be both social and purposeful.

That’s why every activity has a clear structure and learning objective. Instead of spending two hours having random conversations, you’ll take part in planned activities that encourage you to use new vocabulary, express your ideas and build confidence.

Our goal is for you to leave every event with more than new connections: new vocabulary, practical experience and something valuable you’ve learned.
