Istanbul Knitting Club🧶

What is the group goal?
The goal of Istanbul Knit Club is to create a relaxed, social space for knitting and crochet in Istanbul. We aim to bring people together through handmade work, share skills and inspiration, and build a creative community in the city. This is not a class or a commercial workshop — it’s a peer-to-peer, social making group.

We hope to meet young, curious, and creative people living in Istanbul — locals and expats — who enjoy knitting or crocheting, or want to learn. Beginners are very welcome, as well as experienced knitters who enjoy sharing knowledge. No age, skill level, or background restrictions.

What will you do at our events?
At our events, members will bring their own knitting or crochet projects, work together in a casual setting, exchange tips and patterns, and learn from each other. Some meetups may include short technique sharing, beginner help, or themed sessions, but the main focus is social crafting, conversation, and community building.
