What we’re about
This groups focuses on networking visual artists who live and work in Istanbul. The goal of this group is to bring together artists from all disciplines (painting, sculpture, photography, installation art, printmaking, conceptual art, performance art, video art, filmmking cyber art, project based art etc.), to share experiences and offer professional opportunities to each other. Although nowadays the disciplines have become so hybridised (sculptors making musical sculptures or performing artists using theatres for their artworks, filmmaking is a typical practice for many visual artists who did not study film) and you are not sure whether you fit in or not, come along anyway to discuss this with others!
