The ubiquitous usage of messaging apps and the recent proliferation of digital assistants impacts the way consumers interact with their peers, companies and even their bank. While the media on chatbot use cases often focuses on the banks' relationship with their customers, this presentation aims to show how digital assistants can have an impact on employee work experience.
