This is our 12th annual conference on worldviews, apologetics (apologia–Greek for “logical defense”) and leadership. It is our desire that this be a weekend set aside for the equipping of the Christian mind. The content will be biblically and culturally relevant, thought provoking and transferable. Our speakers are nationally and internationally recognized within their areas of expertise. We are confident that you will be challenged to think more clearly as a result of their teaching. We have made every effort to keep this conference affordable by providing reduced prices.

SPEAKERS
Ravi Zacharias
Dr. Ravi Zacharias was born in India in 1946 and immigrated to Canada with his family twenty years later. While pursuing a career in business management, his interest in theology grew and he received his Masters of Divinity from Trinity International University in Deerfield, Illinois. Well-versed in the disciplines of comparative religions, cults, and philosophy, he held the chair of Evangelism and Contemporary Thought at Alliance Theological Seminary for three and a half years. Mr. Zacharias has been honored by the conferring of three doctoral degrees.
Ravi has been a visiting scholar at Cambridge University where he studied moralist philosophers and literature of the Romantic era. He has authored or edited over twenty books including A Shattered Visage: The Real Face of Atheism, Can Man Live Without God, which was awarded the Gold Medallion for best book in the category of doctrine and theology, The End of Reason: A Response to the New Atheists, Why Jesus, and Has Christianity Failed You?
For 40 years, Ravi has spoken all over the world and in numerous universities, notably Harvard, Princeton and Oxford Universities. He has had direct contact with key leaders, senators, congressmen, and governors worldwide who consult him on an ongoing basis. He has addressed the Florida Legislature and the Governor’s Prayer Breakfast in Texas, and has twice spoken at the Annual Prayer Breakfast at the United Nations in New York, which marks the beginning of the UN General Assembly each year. As the 2008 Honorary Chairman of the National Day of Prayer, he gave addresses at the White House, the Pentagon, and The Cannon House. He has had the privilege of addressing the National Prayer Breakfasts in the seats of government in Ottawa, Canada, and London, England, and speaking at the CIA in Washington, DC.
Presently, Ravi is Senior Research Fellow at Wycliffe Hall, Oxford University, the leader of Ravi Zacharias International Ministries, and speaker for his weekly radio program, “Let My People Think,” aired on more than 1700 outlets worldwide, and his weekday program, “Just Thinking,” on over 400. He is the Founder, Chairman, and CEO of Ravi Zacharias International Ministries, headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia, with additional offices worldwide. Mr. Zacharias and his wife, Margie, have three grown children and reside in Atlanta.
Dr Norman Geisler
Dr. Norman Geisler, Ph.D., is a prolific author, veteran professor, speaker, lecturer, traveler, philosopher, apologist, evangelist, and theologian. To those who ask, “Who is Norm Geisler?” Some have suggested, “Well, imagine a cross between Thomas Aquinas and Billy Graham and you’re not too far off.”
Norm has authored/co-authored over 80 books and hundreds of articles. He has taught theology, philosophy, and apologetics on the college or graduate level for over 50 years. He has served as a professor at some of the finest Seminaries in the United States, including Trinity Evangelical Seminary, Dallas Seminary, and Southern Evangelical Seminary. He now lends his talents to Veritas Evangelical Seminary in Murrieta, California, as the Distinguished Professor of Apologetics.
E. Calvin Beisner, PhD
E. Calvin Beisner, Ph.D., is founder and national spokesman of The Cornwall Alliance for the Stewardship of Creation, a network of Christian theologians, scientists, and economists working through education to promote Biblical earth stewardship, economic development for the poor, and the proclamation and defense of the gospel of Christ. He was Associate Professor of Historical Theology and Social Ethics at Knox Theological Seminary, 2000–2008 (where he also taught logic and apologetics) and of Interdisciplinary Studies at Covenant College, 1992–2000. He is the author of Answers for Atheists, Agnostics, and Other Thoughtful Skeptics and over ten other books and is a world-renowned expert on the application of Biblical worldview, theology, and ethics to economics, government, and public policy, especially regarding environmental science and policy.
Dr Doug Geivett
Dr. Doug Geivett’s interests range over the philosophy of religion, philosophical theology, epistemology, and the history of modern philosophy. He is the author of Evil and the Evidence for God and co-editor of Contemporary Perspectives on Religious Epistemology and In Defense of Miracles: A Comprehensive Case for God’s Action in History. Dr. Geivett has contributed chapters to God Matters: Readings in the Philosophy of Religion; God Under Fire; The Rationality of Theism; and Does God Exist? The Craig-Flew Debate. Dr. Geivett is the former president of the Evangelical Philosophical Society. In the past, Dr. Geivett has served as minister to college students at churches in the Pacific Northwest and in Southern California and continues to speak in churches and on university campuses on subjects related to apologetics and the Christian life.
