Find release on the dance floor as you move to a lively mix of dance music: Latin, Soul, House, Reggae, Afrobeats, Funk and more. The crowd is friendly and inclusive, and there is time to slow down and integrate the movement. The session ends with a meditation. Julia Franks leads the sessions. She is an experienced certified teacher of Ecstatic Awakening Dance and Open Floor movement practice. She is an author on the subject of dance and movement (Dance for Life), appears on Podcasts on this theme, and trains therapists to use embodiment in their work.
