Charlotte H3 Trail #1239 - Reduce, Reuse, Recycle!!!!
Charlotte H3 Trail #1239 - Reduce, Reuse, Recycle!!!!
We are the Charlotte chapter of the international Hash House Harriers (CH3), which is an adult-humored, non-competitive running group. "A Drinking club with a running problem" Hashing is a mixture of athleticism and sociability, fun having and hard work; a refreshing break from the nine-to-five routine. Hashing is an exhilaratingly fun combination of r\*nning, orienteering, and partying, where bands of Harriers and Harriettes chase Hares on two to four mile trails through town, country, jungle, and desert, all in search of exercise, camaraderie, and good times. The irreverent group typically gets together to humorously note on-trail misbehavior with tongue-in-cheek drinking songs and “down downs”. We meet up at 2 PM on Saturdays and go on a scavenger hunt through the woods and town, for beers that have been hidden by one of our members. There is no cost for your first visit, so put on some old sneakers, long socks, weather appropriate gear, and come have a beer with us! **Theme: Earth Day/Recycle/Clothing Swap!** **In honor of Earth Day (April 22nd) we are doing a hash gear revival/swap/spring cleaning your closet!** **Hare: Ballgag and Dungeons and Strap ons** **Special guest appearance by; Squeaky who will take on whatever gets left behind and find a new beautiful purpose for it.** **Time: 2 pm** **Location: 3100 Winterfield Place Go all the way down the road til you see the sign for Winterfield park** **SPECIAL NOTE; We will be adjacent to a lot of parks so keep that in mind for parking and overall behavior you fucking fucks.** **Hash Cash: $10** **venmo - @justin-walter-6** **Trail Type: Springy** **Shiggy: Very. 4/5 although no planned water crossing.** **Turds: If they're good with shiggy** **Extra Credit: Nah.** **What to Bring: Shiggy socks, carinum grear, sunscreen, vessels, bug spray and finally;** **Old hash clothing and or accessories to pass down to them young hashers. In other words** **"Hey old farts, clean out your closets, young folks come prepared to get some vintage hash gear."** **Pre-lube:** **FONDA LA TAQUIZA** **5135 Albemarle Rd, Charlotte, NC 28205** **Less than a mile from start.** **On After: Your mom's house!**
