🎯 Theme: Small Shifts, Big Impact

What’s important to understand: TED talks are not meetups.

1. There are no industry limits.
   You’re welcome (and encouraged) to share this with people outside of IT — from medicine and art to education, business, and beyond.
2. We’re not just looking for speakers — we’re looking for ideas.

👉 This could be:
• an experience that changed your approach to life or work
• a small shift that led to a meaningful result
• an observation or insight that could be valuable to others
• an approach that works, but isn’t widely discussed

Important:
• this is not about selling or personal branding
• this is not motivational speaking for the sake of motivation
• this is about one strong idea worth sharing

Format:
• 8–18 minute talk
• coaching and preparation with us, following TED methodology (after selection)
