Being the Hands and Feet of Jesus: Feeding the Homeless
We are the hands and feet of Jesus — called to move with compassion, to love without limits, and to serve those in need. When we feed the homeless, we’re doing more than giving food… we’re sharing hope.
Each meal served becomes a message of HOPE, FAITH AND THE LOVE OF GOD REMINDER !
Just as Jesus met people right where they were, we too are called to meet hearts in their place of need — with kindness, prayer, and genuine love.
This is the Gospel in motion — love that looks like action, compassion that looks like service, and faith that feeds both body and soul.
We will be serving the homeless…. We will meet to package and leave out and distribute to the downtown area of Dallas, Texas.
( I will have sandwiches, crackers, water, fruits, notecards/with scripture, and plastic bags)
Items to bring:
Chips
snacks/granola bars
hand sanitizer
Fruit snacks
Juices
Fruits
Body wipes- it’s about to get warmer
Tissues
(Anything else you’d like to contribute that you believe they need)
Let’s continue to shine His light in the streets, extend His hands to the hurting, and carry His heart to the hungry. Together, we can make His love visible.
