Small business Tech/IT problems discussion forum

This is a forum hosted for small and mid size business owners to meet and discuss any tech problems they're encountering. It could be from a small minor glitch in one of their apps to implemeting upselling in Shopify. Any issue. Previously we've discussed:

• An old piece of software that needs some improvements
• A website / blog enhancement (or a new one)
• too many excel / files to manage and looking for a way to deal with data chaos
