Saturday night in Italy is often a time to get together with friends and share an aperitif and a pizza. I ragazzi at Saor Project are recreating this ritual but with a gourmet twist. They will be making some homemade gourmet pizza made with a natural yeast. This dough is light and will melt in your mouth without giving you the bloat that most other doughs do!
