Just a few minutes' stroll from Morito Beach, join us in a charming Hayama home kitchen for a taste of Italy. Using fresh, seasonal vegetables from Hayama, our British chef shares authentic Italian cooking inspired by the flavours he came to love in London before making Japan his home.
Whether you're looking to make new friends, enjoy English conversation while you cook, or simply experience flavours that transport you far beyond Japan's shores, you'll find a warm welcome at our table.
Come for the cooking, stay for the company, and leave with a few new recipes (and perhaps a few new friends as well)
After the lesson, we highly recommend a leisurely walk along the beach—one of Hayama's finest ingredients. 🏖️

Even after 40 years in Japan, fortunately, his English is still pretty good too. Classes can be conducted in English, Japanese, or a mix of both, depending on the participants.
