Make Your Own Pasta Class

Join the Italian Cultural Club of Knoxville for a fun, hands-on “Make Your Own Pasta” class where participants will learn to create fresh pasta from scratch and enjoy a community pasta bar. Each person should bring a small bag of flour, 2 eggs, and a small amount of olive oil to make their dough, plus an optional pre-made sauce to share if you’d like to contribute to the pasta bar. All necessary equipment will be provided, but if you have a pasta maker at home, feel free to bring it along to use. This is a BYOB event, so bring your favorite wine or beverage to enjoy while we cook. Please RSVP by texting Annette at 786-554-3933 so we can plan accordingly. We recommend a $5 or more per person donation to the church for the use of the space.
