In this dinner I will make something that probably you never had before and possibly never will.
FRESH PORCINI MUSHROOMS AKA KING BOLETUS!!!!!!!
You can't grow them anywhere and they are very elusive....
After hundred of miles of driving and hours hiking , finally I got some today!!!!
I know is at the last minute but I am at the mercy of mater nature.
DON'T MISS THIS OPPORTUNITY BECAUSE I MIGHT NOT ABLE TO HAVE THE MUSHROOMS FOR ANOTHER YEAR OR MORE.....
The dinner is going to be paired with 4 different great wines I personally brought from Italy ( Tuscany) !!
The cost is $ 85.00 per person including everything and PREPAYMENT IS REQUIRED at moment of signing. The dinner is only for 11 people !!!!!

Cancellation Policy
If the cancellation is in within 48 hours from the dinner date, you will forfeit the cost of the dinner ( $ 85.00).
If the cancellation occurs prior the 48 hours from the dinner date, you will have a credit with me and be able to use it for any other event I will make.
The dinner will be at my home in Lafayette and I will email the address later to the attendees.
By attending, you agree to hold harmless and release all host / venues from any liability including COVID 19 RELATED ISSUES. Please behave in a responsible/appropriate manner while attending the wine tasting.

Hand made fresh Tagliolini with fresh Porcini mushrooms, touch of Parmigiano ( no red sauce)
3ple cream French Brie with mini pan fried Porcini steaks
Complementary crostini with home made wild duck breast pate (Mallard)
Affogato al caffe' with vanilla bean ice cream, maple pancake cookies snaps
