Paulies is a long-standing fixture in Dublin 4, known for a specific style that sits right at the overlap of New York and Italian pizza cultures. They use a sourdough base that carries a distinct wood-fired char, making it an interesting middle ground for anyone who finds "standard" pizza a bit boring. It isn’t a budget spot, and the atmosphere is generally loud and very busy—so if you are looking for a quiet or cheap experience, this is probably not the place for you. For foodies, it's a great chance to see why their dough has remained a benchmark in the city for so long.
Please do not play with your reservation! Immediately update your RSVP in case something happens. This is not optional; it is compulsory. We need to be serious about our numbers.

To join us, please confirm your spot by paying the €2 participation fee here: revolut.me/gianz64es or doing the RSVP here on Meetup at €3.

If you pay through Revolut you won't do the RSVP—I'll do it for you! This means that it can take a bit longer for you to appear as "attending" but don't worry, you are in!

There are only 8 seats available for now. But if you find the booking as completed and you cannot join, then join the waiting list and I'll see if I can add more bookings (if for some reason the waiting list does not work please get directly in touch with me).

Bookings are confirmed ONLY once payment is made via the link above or here on the Meetup event page. Both options work with any credit card, but unfortunately, cash payments can’t be accepted.

I hope to meet you for a delicious and entertaining meal at PAULIES!
