Hello wine lovers!

Join us on Thursday, 3rd October at 7 pm for a truly special Wine Tasting + Dinner event, dedicated to the hidden treasures of the Marche region in Italy—a lesser-known gem that rivals Tuscany in its culinary and wine excellence.
We’ll be tasting 5 wines from the Marche, perfectly paired with dishes prepared by Bottega Prelibato:
Starters:

• Selection of Italian cold cuts
• Ciauscolo – Smoked and dry-cured sausage
• Galantina – Chicken aspic
• Coppa – Pork cold cut salami
• Coratella d'agnello con uova – Lamb’s offal stew with eggs

Main courses:

• Tagliatelle alla passera ‘mbriaca – Tagliatelle with white ragù cooked in white Passerina wine
• Girello di manzo con salsa di odori e verdure – Beef rump with a vegetable and herb sauce

Dessert:

• Zuppa Inglese – Sponge cake with custard

The dinner is priced at £50 per person, including all wines. You can reserve your spot by paying a £5 deposit. Contact me privately for payment details.
