WHAT is Mastermind? Mastermind groups offer a combination of brainstorming and support to sharpen your business and personal skills. A mastermind group helps you and group members brainstorm for success. Members challenge each other to set solid goals and find ways to accomplish them.
The process is to share one challenge, and the group brainstorms on solutions. It usually opens tons of unnoticed opportunities, collaborations etc.
Real examples:
- I don't want to do anything and feel good
- I want 1000 IG followers a month. How?
- I hate my job at ... and I'm good at ...
- I love dancing, but I work in IT
And so on.
