Authentic Maltese food is an experience of a blend of Sicilian influences with an Arabic touch!

Sunday, 1st March : An optional half day trip to the centre of the island to visit the ancient, fortified city of Mdina, the "Silent City" and former capital of Malta and the nearby Rabat.

Also, optional early evening short visit with traditional water taxi (dgħajsa) or the ferry from Valletta to the Three Cities: Birgu (Vittoriosa), Senglea (Isla), and Cospicua (Bormla).to explore the historic, narrow streets and fortifications of Birgu, which served as the Knights of Malta's first base, and visit the Inquisitor's Palace or Fort Saint Angelo.

You may choose to stay for one more night, and enjoy at leasure the sunshine and this amazing island indeed, further arrangements can be made to stay in the same hotel room.
