Director's Cut - May Wine Dinner

Lights. Camera. Action! You’re invited to step into the director’s chair for a night of storytelling through food and wine. Join us for Director’s Cut, a four-course wine dinner featuring the acclaimed wines of Francis Ford Coppola. Due to the quality of food and wine offered, the price is $75 for this one.

The menu includes:
Course 1: Creamy Tarragon Shrimp Brushetta - paired with Director's Cut Chardonnay

Course 2: Linguini Sostanza - paired with Director's Cut Cinema Red Blend

Course 3: Tuscan-grilled Filet with Crab Scampi - paired with Director's Cut Pinot Noir

Course 4: Chocolate Walnut Brownie with Raspberries - paired with Coppola Diamond Cabernet Sauvignon

Carraba's also passes out tickets for drawings for free bottles of wine at these dinners. Our group won 2 last time. And they give us discounted prices on menu entrees for only $10.
