The Breathing Path & Nature Walk

The Breathing Path is a journey to discover the secret powers within you, unlocked with the breath.
As babies, we breathed naturally and completely, but over time, as a result of accumulated tensions, many of us formed habits of shallow and fast breathing, incomplete breathing, or unconscious holding of the breath.
When we learn to really breathe again, we tap into our inherent healing power and clear away emotional and physical debris, leaving space for real progress on our chosen path.
With the Breathing Path, you can expect heightened awareness, ease in thought and movement, and knowledge that these easy-to-integrate techniques can be used at any time to experience better health, increased confidence, deeper sleep, and more peace and joy in your daily life!
Incorporating compassionate and gentle yoga along with an energizing walk in nature (learning about wild edible plants along the way), this day-long session is appropriate for everyone, regardless of ability, age, shape or experience. Each participant is given space to feel as individual and unique as they are.
