About us
🌸Play, move, Bondance and join a living sakura ritual 🌸
Tomorrow (5. Apr.)is the final day of the Sakura Festival in Iwakura 🌸
Instead of only sitting under the trees with food and drinks, would you like to step into the atmosphere and play with it?
We’re creating a small, temporary performance in the middle of the cherry blossom street — not a stage, but a living moment that appears and dissolves among people passing by.
It’s simple and open:
We form a loose circle, share small movements, pass invisible “petals,” clap, breathe, and let a quiet rhythm grow. People naturally join, watch, drift in and out. After about 15 minutes, it fades back into the everyday flow.
No dance experience needed. No pressure to perform.
You can join for a few minutes, or just observe and step in when it feels right.
Think of it as:
a playful ritual,
a collective moment,
a different way of experiencing sakura.
And if enough people gather, we’ll take it further in the evening —
into an alternative Bon Odori trance.
A more free, flowing, slightly hypnotic version of the traditional dance with a touch of hip-hop flavor woven in.
Let’s enjoy a spring night together.
